Falcons have announced the benching of Damjan "kyxsan" Stoilkovski following the team's third-place finish at IEM Rio on Sunday.
The move comes shortly after FaZe announced the benching of Finn "karrigan" Andersen , who is expected to take over leadership of Falcons ' star-studded roster.
The move ends a 16-month stint in Falcons for the Macedonian in-game-leader, who joined the Saudi organization in January 2025 alongside René "TeSeS" Madsen and Abdul "degster" Gasanov .
Under his leadership, Falcons won their only Counter-Strike trophy at PGL Bucharest and finished second in six other events, the last one of which was January's BLAST Bounty Finals.
"Unfortunate timing to receive the news with the Cologne Major coming up very soon, but the organization felt like a change is needed and I respect their decision," kyxsan said on X.
"It was still a good experience for me and it was a pleasure to be part of a team with so much potential."
Falcons ' next outing will come at PGL Astana, set to begin on May 9.
